If you need a quick time filler with no props, give this one a try. Break your group into two teams and see which team can build the fastest pyramid. The team that builds the fastest pyramid wins.

I do this activity with boys only, but I make it a big deal by breaking the girls into two teams to be cheerleaders for each boys team.
