POWER WRITE

For this activity you will simply need an old tablecloth, challenge tarp or large pieces of paper and some sharpie markers. Lay the challenge tarp in the middle of the floor and spread the sharpies around the edges. Tell the students that you are going to play soft music in the background and give them five minutes to lay in the floor and write as many prayer requests that they can possibly think of on the tarp. You then start the music and allow the students to write. At the conclusion you start reading off the requests and then have everyone in the room pray for the requests. You can then take the tarp and hang it in a prominent place to keep these prayer requests visually in front of your students.
