Since all things work together for good to them that love God; every occurrence may be a subject of gratitude and thankfulness. My mother always encouraged our family to keep a THANKFULNESS JOURNAL. This is a great idea because it keeps us focused on the positives in our lives, and puts our frustrations and worries into perspective. In order to get started, simply begin with a list. Write down every little thing you’re thankful for. Nothing is too small to put on this list. Include the mundane things like the first cup of coffee in the morning or the birds that were singing. Then, at the end of the day read your list. You’re going to see that there are so many wonderful things in your life that you have to be thankful for.
